Amanah is real coaching delivered by real professionals
Coaching helps people understand and improve their emotional and psychological well-being. It focuses on building awareness, resilience, and coping skills. We help support individuals in managing stress, emotions, and everyday challenges while creating a balanced and healthy mindset.
Coaching provides one-on-one guidance to help people overcome and grow mentally and emotionally. This might include improving self-esteem, developing healthier habits, or finding better ways to handle anxiety or burnout.
We focus on goal setting, mindfulness techniques, self-reflection exercises, cognitive behavioral techniques for identifying and changing negative thought patterns, positive thinking and gratitude practices, psycho-education to understand mental processes, goal setting, coping strategies, and regular check-ins.
